EPLF Initiates German Group Participation in Shanghai

The “Domotex Asia/Chinafloor 2002“, which will take place March 26th to 28th in the “Shanghai New International Expo Centre“ (China), is known as the largest international trade show for flooring in Asia. Upon the suggestion of the EPLF, the Association of European Producers of Laminate Flooring (registered in Bielefeld, Germany), a German group participation of leading flooring producers, their suppliers, and the relevant mechanical engineering industry, came about.

The current figure includes 14 companies at the shared German exhibition booth in Shanghai. The booth will comprise an area of approx. 350 m². Organizer for the group exhibition is “Hannover Messe International“, which was asked by the Ausstellungs- und Messe-Ausschuss der deutschen Wirtschaft e.V. (AUMA) – the committee for exhibitions and trade show of German industry and commerce, Berlin, to take on this task. Necessary funding is provided by the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie (BMWi) – the federal ministry for industry, commerce, and technolgy, Berlin. The association itself is going to be present at the information booth of the BMWi.
